midnight(ish) snack
Had the munchies, as I often do. But since I don't have snack food in my home, I didn't know what to do. BUT of course I have guittard chocolate, because it is a necessity at all times in my kitchen. Thought about chocolate with rice krispies, but that simply did not sound fulfilling enough. Then I thought about the banana, and a new favorite snack emerged. Melted the chocolate in a medium bowl, then added the rice krispies and half a cut up banana. Mix it up, and eat. Scrumptious. And I can pretend it had some (albeit minuscule) nutrition due to the fruit. Love it, so I had to share in order to not forget.

If the chocolate is dark, then it's more nutritious!
