I've borrowed the p90x videos from a friend. Going to see what I think, then possibly get them for myself. Anyone who reads this tried it? Any thoughts?
$120 plus $20 in shipping. It's a waste of money. My neighbor has been doing it for the past 2 months and I see no change. I guess it's like all work out programs. You just gotta do it. The hardest part is getting your shoes on and going out the door. The rest is easy. Save your bucks and explore outside. :)
My sister did the insanity workout for 60 days (its from the same guy as p90x) and she felt like she hurt herself in the long run, that she didn't lose any fat, and ended up losing muscle because it would burn itself up. She's lose weight recently by cutting out all sugar from her diet though. :)
