Church

Today I am meeting my neighbors downstairs to go to church together, it's a long walk and we like company. (By long I mean it is across the street. Hurrah for Utah.) I get ready, head down, and when he opens the door in normal clothes I get confused, till he points out church starts in an hour. Really? He's the one who wants to get there early, I don't see what the big deal is.

Plus, it is snowing. How do umbrellas work in the snow? It doesn't come straight down. It swirls. So do we use an umbrella? Do we just wear a coat? Do we make a mad dash across the road and into safety while becoming wet on the journey? Is there some sort of magic spray we could use over our faces so the makeup doesn't get ruined and we can enjoy the snow falling on our lashes? Answers please.
