I like cutting things. A lot. Meat, vegetables, bread, they all need to be cut once in a while. So I'm slowly collecting
Wusthof knives. I kind of love them. For Christmas my mommy got me these two:
Aren't they so pretty? Considering all I've been working with for the past 6 months is a bread knife and some steak knives... well, they are fabulous!!
Mmm. We need to cook something that requires a good knife! Tempura, maybe?
